Indoor Air-Cooled Modules

These modules are designed for applications where it is desirable to convert the heat from molds, rolls, etc. into hot air to heat the plant. These units, called "HEAT RECYCLERS", provide supplemental heating for the plant in the winter and ventilation during summer. This is achieved by changing the damper settings in the ductwork. (Sized from 20-70 tons.)

Indoor Air-Cooled Packages

These models have a choice of semi-hermetic, scroll, or screw compressors with a double pump tank mounted under the chiller module, PLUS the advantage of being able to reclaim waste heat. Because of the simple hookup required on our packaged chillers, customers usually have them running the same day as delivery.

Remote Air-Cooled Split Modules

Used in applications where heat reclaim is not feasible. The condenser is mounted outside the plant on the roof or ground while the chiller module with controls is mounted inside, often beside the pump tank assembly.

Remote Outdoor Air-Cooled Models

A complete range of air-cooled chillers is available for outdoor installations where plant space is at a premium. These self-contained units work in conjunction with one of our many pump tank systems available (normally placed inside the plant). These outdoor models are designed to operate in all climates - from extreme winter conditions to hot summer conditions.

Central Water-Cooled Modules

These water-cooled chiller modules are coupled with a pump tank set and a cooling tower, and are available in single or multiple compressor/refrigeration circuits, using single efficient semi-hermetic or scroll compressors as standard.

Water-Cooled Packages

These packages are constructed with semi-hermetic, scroll, or screw compressors. All packaged chillers come complete with a double pump tank assembly mounted to the chiller module. Each unit is pre-piped, pre-wired and tested prior to shipment.
